It's easily one of my most favorite shows, especially the handy-man corner segment.
"Dead Lord, what man has brought together, let no pothole ran asunder."

"Remember if women don't find you handsome,They should at least find you handy."

My wife got me tickets to his live show a couple year ago. I suggest it to anyone who's a RG fan.

Really? I need to find out where he goes, since he still does the persona. All his episodes are on youtube for free, he put them up there.

Oh hell yeah, I fell into a week long depression after they stopped showing reruns on TV here(or changed channels and didn't tell me).

All the episodes are on Youtube....FOR FREE.
Apparently the creator holds the rights or something, and put them all online. He still does live shows, from what I hear.

Well I shoulda clarified that that was years ago and I've found a bunch of the episodes online, though I didn't think all of them were there, guess I'll have to double check. And yeah I liked his facebook page and he definitely still does tours.

.......I am now infinitely jealous, and may mug you for the patch. Where in the world did you get it?

You can get the box set off his website I believe. When i was a kid, my folks would take my family camping. His show was on public television every fri-sat night at 9pm. Many memories in our little pop up camper with Red Green keeping us kids entertained.

That strategy has worked well for me on more than one occasion.

I was going to mention that to you actually.

Thanks though.
There just needs to be more family-oriented, plain old, dumb humor on tv. it seems to be a dying breed.

Yeah I started watching red green with my dad when I was young. good show for family for sure. Lots of adult humour too, which is always just implied.

Especially referring to Bernice, :). But as an adult, I can appreciate it now.
It's funny, I saw very few episodes growing up, and it left such am impact on me.
